What is included in the BrainWorks Institute Leadership Series?

Our BrainWorks Institute Leadership Series consists of four half-day sessions centered on neuroscience and psychological safety in the workplace. All learning materials are included for each session.
How do I pay for training?

You may pay for training by credit card at the time of registration or BrainWorks Institute can send an invoice to your organization.
Do you offer the Leadership Series to the public?

Currently, our BrainWorks Institute Leadership Series is only offered to businesses and organizations for their employees. Sessions are scheduled to best meet the needs of the organization and are offered at their locations or an external location secured by the organization.
Do I have to purchase all four of the training sessions at once?

No. You may purchase the entire leadership series to hold it in your training schedule, or you can purchase the sessions individually. A discount is offered when the full series is purchased.
Do I have to take the four sessions of the leadership series in order?

Each class builds on the one before it, so classes are best taken in order. However, if someone misses a session, it can be made up the next time it is offered.
How many people from one organization can attend a training at the same time?

Training sessions are designed for groups of up to 16 people. For larger groups, it is best to schedule more than one session. Keeping numbers relatively low allows each participant to be fully recognized and for maximum interactions between learners.
How are trainings delivered?

At BrainWorks Institute we want to deliver trainings in a way that make the most sense for your business. While in-person training offers a wide range of benefits for learners, we are happy to deliver our Leadership Series, coaching, and other sessions in virtual or hybrid settings.
